A MagIQcool® wall controller is typically standard; many systems can be upgraded to the MagIQtouch® touch-screen controller.

Is maintenance required each season?

Yes—pads and tank should be cleaned, pumps and drain/water-management checked, fan and controller verified, and winter sealing confirmed. We offer a fixed-price Evaporative Service.

Will it cool effectively on very hot days?

Yes—evaporative systems excel in dry heat. Start early to pre-cool, and keep leeward windows/doors ajar for strong airflow. Chillcel® pads and efficient fans help maintain comfort.

How does energy use compare to reverse cycle?

Evaporative cooling can use substantially less energy because it harnesses evaporation and fresh air rather than compressor-based refrigeration.
